He believes that in today's economic environment distressed property owners must have the advice of a Team consisting of a CPA, Real Estate Broker, and Attorney that work toward the best interest of the property owner. Each has a unique skill and perspective the must be presented to a property owner.

"The Internet may be a blessing to property owners. MERS and major banks have been exposed for not having paid billions in fees to counties throughout the USA. Federal Courts have acknowledged that MERS is not the owner of the underlying note and therefore could not foreclose on the property. Banks are powerful. They make contributions to polititians and have enormous influence over the media. Information must be disseminated very quickly or the wrongs of the past and those yet to be committed against property owners will not be brought to justice" Joe Vera
